Who we are
This store is operated by Warm Down, an Australian owned and operated business. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — a stock error, a pricing mistake, or an address we can't ship to — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative: colours vary between screens, and lifestyle images are staged with models to show how a product is used, not to promise a particular result.
What our products are, and are not
Warm Down sells wellness and training devices. They are intended to support comfort, warmth, relaxation and general fitness in healthy adults.
They are not medical devices. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or have any doubt at all, speak to your GP before using any of our products. Stop using a product and seek advice if it causes you pain, irritation, dizziness or any other unexpected effect.
Always follow the instructions that come with the product, including the guidance on heat settings and session length.

You must be at least 18 to buy from this site.
Our liability
Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid.
