Warm Down started with a simple, slightly annoying observation: the things that genuinely help a sore body — heat, pressure, ten quiet minutes — are the things nobody makes easy to do at home.

You can book a physio. You can buy a hot water bottle that goes cold in twenty minutes. You can take something for it. What you couldn't easily do was sit on your own couch, put warmth exactly where it hurt, and get on with your evening.

What we actually do

We source and hold a small range of recovery devices — one for hands and wrists, one for the lower belly or back, one for breathing. Three products, not four hundred. Each one does a small thing properly, in a session short enough that you'll actually do it again tomorrow.

We're not a marketplace and we're not dropshipping from overseas. Stock sits in an Australian warehouse, which is the entire reason your order turns up in a day or two rather than at the end of the month.

We're not a medical company and we don't pretend to be. Our products are wellness devices meant to support comfort, warmth and relaxation. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and we'd rather say that plainly than bury it in the small print. If something hurts in a way that worries you, see your GP — that's not a product we sell.
