Shipping policy

Free shipping, every order

Shipping is free on every order to any Australian address. There's no minimum and no surcharge for regional addresses or PO boxes.

How long it takes

Orders are picked from a warehouse in Australia, not sent from overseas.

• Metro areas: usually 1–2 business days
• Regional and remote: usually 2–5 business days

Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, go out the next business day. You'll get tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves.

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Delays around peak periods, weather events and public holidays are outside our control — if your parcel is clearly stuck, email us and we'll chase it.

Where we ship

Australia only, for now.

If it doesn't arrive

If tracking hasn't moved in five business days, or the carrier has marked it delivered and you don't have it, email hello@getwarmdown.com.au with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you posted. If a parcel is genuinely lost, we'll resend it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could accept it, we'll refund the order minus the actual return cost, or resend it once you cover the new postage.
